| 内容記述 | In order to increase the speed and comprehension of reading in a foreign language, it is crucial to acquire appropriate reading skills. At the university level, where there is an increase in both quantity and quality with regard to reading, acquiring those skills is indispensable. In order to find some effective ways to teach reading skills, questionnaires were given to first-year students in the ""Yomu"" [reading] course at Ferris University, at the beginning and end of the semester. Based on the results of the questionnaires, this paper will propose suggestions for effective methods of teaching reading classes focused on reading skills. | |||||||||||
